One of the positive programs at the Academy of Math and Science is the After School Tutoring and Homework Help program which is offered to K-12 students from 3pm until 3:45pm Monday through Thursday.  On these days our teachers are here to ensure that our students get the encouragement and help that they need to be successful academically.

During this time we also provide our students with choices of clubs and activities using both our talented teachers as well as bringing in professionals for particular instruction.  Our elementary students can be involved in  wonderful programs such as gymnastics, martial arts, arts and crafts, drawing, Computer Club, Spanish Club, Russian Club, Math Kangaroo, Girl Scouts, and Student Council. 

Our middle and high school students can be involved with choices of clubs and activities such as our school newspaper and Journalism Club, Art Studio, Yearbook, Science Olympiad, Robotics, guitar and rock band, Math Club, yoga, Student Council, and sports such as volleyball for our girls and flag football for our boys this fall.

After school academics and activities provide our pupils with constructive opportunities to build their knowledge base, skills, and abilities in a caring and supporting atmosphere.  At the Academy of Math and Science we work hard to develop the whole child.
